Her experience at one of the nation's leading healthcare law firms has sharpened her ability to navigate complex legal landscapes, including transactional, operational, and regulatory challenges. Pooneh's skill set is particularly strong in negotiating and drafting critical agreements for healthcare providers, such as employment and medical director agreements, showcasing her in-depth understanding of the nuances in physician contracting.

What truly distinguishes Pooneh is her direct connection to the medical community through her family, offering her a firsthand perspective on the challenges healthcare professionals face.
